We are not licensed to carry hazardous materials in our trucks. Please call your local city recycling center for help with disposing of any hazardous materials.
We don't take batteries, tires, refrigerators, paint/lacquer cans, food waste, bricks, concrete, dirt, sod, trees, televisions air conditioners, adhesives, inks, resins, pesticides, household cleaners, oils, fuels, gases, propane tanks, bio waste and etc.
Each dumpster has a specific weight limit. Please You can ind this info on the item description before you rent. You can also ask one of our reps on the phone or your driver. There is also a fee associated with being overweight.
When you schedule service you will be given an arrival window of 8-5 on your day of choice. This helps us with our logistics as well as keeps our prices low. You can narrow this down to a 2 hour window for an additional fee.
We only accept debit, credit and ACH for rentals at the moment.
It's easiest if you place your items in a neat stack. Then:
- Measure the length, width and height in feet.
- Multiply the three measurements ( L x W x H = cubic feet)
- Lastly divide the cubic feet by 27 (cubic feet/27 = cubic yards)
This will give you your cubic yardage. You will need a dumpster that is equal to or larger than the number you came up with
Why pay for labor if you are willing and able to do it yourself? Instead, you can have us come with a dumpster and you can load it up at your own pace while saving a few bucks.
Absolutely not. Just be sure to to notify our office and exactly where you would like it to be placed. You may even want to mark the are with tape (x marks the spot!).
Also be sure you leave the area accessible for the truck to enter.
This allows our drivers to be prepared for events as traffic delays, landfill back ups, flat tires or any other occurrences that may be unexpected.

Our driver will call or text you 15 to 30 minutes before heading your way to provide a firm arrival time.
What you see is what you get. There are fees that may be added and we are upfront and honest about them.
Common dumpster rental fees include: delivery, extra tonnage, fuel surcharges, extra days, sorting, and banned materials.
Please Note:
*Dumpsters should not be filled over the top of the walls, if overfilled there is a fee
*If additional days after the original rental period are needed, there is a per day fee
*Tires are not allowed and will have a fee of $25 fee per tire
disposed
*If we the dumpster is blocked, too heavy or there is any other reason we are unable to pick up there will be a blank trip fee.

Almost...however flat hard surfaces are ideal.
Surfaces to avoid include: slopes, city streets (without a permit), soft ground and property that's not owned by you.
Ensure your dumpster's placement is safe and secure.
